APS 6 – Non-ongoing Specified task - 5 year appointment

Salary: $88,408 – $100,378 per annum

Duties:

Three Environmental Scientist positions will be filled as part of this selection process.

Duties, tasks and responsibilities include:

  • providing technical leadership
  • safely undertake, and where necessary, provide on-site leadership of field personnel and seasonal field programs
  • Coordinate procurement, fabrication, shipping and deployment of equipment to field sites
  • Develop and maintain excellent relations with a diverse group of collaborating scientists and stakeholders in support of the project and parallel programs of work
  • Communication of outcomes
