Salary: $120,290 – $129,379 per annum
Duties:The Property Planning and Capital Works section is responsible for monitoring and managing the department’s accommodation utilisation as well as the execution of capital works projects.
As Assistant Director – Property (Hobart Property), supported by a small team, you will be responsible for supporting the property planning and capital works team in the management and administration of both accommodation and capital works in Tasmania.
